Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These terms cover your use of Outboundbase. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Outboundbase does
Outboundbase is a subscription workspace that helps you run outbound sales: it researches companies, suggests likely buyers, drafts emails, and tracks the resulting pipeline. Outboundbase assists you — it does not guarantee replies, meetings, or revenue.
2. Your account
You must be able to enter a binding contract and you are responsible for everything that happens under your login. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if they are compromised. One login is for one person; don't share seats.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the interval you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Plans include monthly usage allowances; exceeding them pauses AI work until the next cycle or an upgrade.
4. You are the sender
Emails composed in Outboundbase are sent by you, on your behalf, from your sending identity. You are the sender of record and you are responsible for the content of every message you approve and for complying with the email and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients — including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and PECR where relevant. Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.
5. AI output
Drafts, dossiers, contact suggestions, and buying signals are machine-generated and can be wrong, outdated, or invented. Review anything before you act on it. You keep ownership of the content you approve; we make no claim to your customer data.
6. Your data
Your account data belongs to you. You can export or delete it from Settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your workspace data, subject to short-lived backups and any records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
7. Availability and liability
Outboundbase is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost pipeline, or indirect damages.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts our sending reputation or other customers at risk. You can cancel at any time from Settings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Outboundbase after that means you accept the updated terms.
This page is maintained by the operator of Outboundbase. It is a plain-language summary of how the service works and is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it against your jurisdiction before you rely on it commercially.
