This explains what Outboundbase stores, why, and what you can do about it.

Data we hold about you

Account details (name, email, password hash handled by our authentication provider), your business profile and ideal-customer settings, your writing style profile, billing details held by our payment processor, and product usage records used for billing and limits.

Prospect data you research

When you source companies and contacts, Outboundbase stores business-context information: company name, website, industry, size, location, and the names, job titles, and work email addresses of likely buyers, plus AI-generated notes about them.

For this data you are the controller and Outboundbase is your processor: you decide who to research and contact, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. We process it only to provide the service to you.

Processors we use

Application hosting and database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase), AI text generation (accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway), and — once configured — your email sending provider and payment processor. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not share your prospect lists with other customers, and we do not email your prospects ourselves.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept while your account is open. Deleting a company, contact, or your whole account removes the associated records, subject to short-lived backups. Opt-out records are kept deliberately after deletion so a suppressed address is never contacted again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Account holders can do most of this from Settings; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

If you received an email

If a Outboundbase customer emailed you and you want it to stop, reply to that email with "unsubscribe" — the address is added to that sender's permanent opt-out list. You can also contact us and we will pass the request on.

Cookies

Outboundbase sets only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your workspace preferences. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
